If you absolutely love seafood this could be a recipe for you. Mussels is one of my favorite foods within the seafood category. Not only will this meal be delicious to all you seafood lovers but it is VERY easy to make.

Moules Mediterranee

Ingredients:

• 1 onion, chopped
• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
• 4 garlic cloves, chopped
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 quarts fresh mussels
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 3 tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Directions:

1. Cook the onion, pepper and garlic in the oil on medium flame until the onions are soft.
2. Turn up the flame to high and add the mussels.
3. Pour in the white wine and stir for about 1 minute. Stir in the tomatoes, cover and cook for 5 minutes until all the mussels have opened.
4. Serve the mussels in large bowl with the broth and garlic toast.
